Seller’s video shows items leaving seller premises in great condition, as advertised. Seller empathizes but is not responsible once shipped. Suggested solution of contacting USPS which buyer declined. Pictures sent do not show primary item but only shipping box, carrying bag, and plastic case, all of which are disposable. Primary items are not shown to have damage. Also, buyer did in fact receive responses to all three messages on 2/1/24, 2/7/24, and 2/9/24.
