Sony ICF-36 Weather Band radio
2 of 2 found this helpful The Sony ICF-36 Weather AM FM radio is an old-fashioned styled radio with analog controls that performs admirably. It uses 4 AA batteries for power that last a very long time and even the weather band receives several weather stations if you are within range. It has a built in AC cord and folding handle for added convenience and has worked well since I purchased this radio over five years ago.

Small but powerful Travel Shortwave radio!
2 of 2 found this helpful The Katio KA 321 Pocket shortwave radio is very handy portable travel Shortwave radio to tune into foreign shortwave stations while traveling and also has AM and FM Bands for local broadcasts as well. Utilizing a DSP (Digital Signal Processing) chip seems to help extend the battery life and I have had no problems with this little radio while on vacation...

Sony Boom Box!
This old-school Sony boom box has a line level input, for A CD player or iPod and comes with detachable speakers. Only 5 watts per channel but Is loud enough for a bedroom or office.
