Easy, perfect
when our water heater stopped working I was afraid I would have to spend over 150 to have it fixed. I was happy to see this assembly available and for a reasonable price. Came with instructions, new gasket and filters. It looks as if it may be refurbished, but that was okay with is for 30+ bucks. And it works like new. Very pleased. Installation took maybe a half an hour
