Do not Buy these!
17 of 21 found this helpful As a D.I.Y.'er I know that somethings are a risk. But these have proven that statement 100%. Out of 33 packs only sever had cells with at least the storage charge of 3.50v. The rest were 0v and dead shorted. the shame of it is you really don't know what you have until you bust open the shell. So your screwed. Do not Buy these....
