  Never received the order, Carrier said it's delivered but it's not, it just say delivered to parcel box where there is no in the delivery address or nearby, and because it's insured package looks like I can't do anything

  This person asked me to cancel the order and I did. When he wanted to cancel it from his side, it was too late so he asked me to cancel it. The system may have sent a shipped notice prematurely. All of this is documented in eBay messages.
