Fine Product.
At first, the battery appeared dead, it was at 0% charge, but after I charged it up, it worked fine. With the computer unplugged, it takes about 55 minutes to discharge to 50%. It is important to note that, when you unplug the laptop, the Energy Saver settings switch from Power Adapter to Battery, and due to a difference in Sleep times, the screen may immediately go black, and the computer may immediately go to sleep; this is not because of a dead battery. The bottom of the battery case is brushed aluminum, and matches the original; it also has the test button and small green indicator LEDs. Overall, this is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it!

Very Useful, not the best design
For steaming upholstery, there is no better product. It produces REAL STEAM. On the Steam Spray setting, it cleans very effectively. If just sanitizing is needed, the regular Steam setting is sufficient.
It is important to note when buying one, that the vacuum does not operate while producing steam. It operates by passing over the upholstery with steam, then going back to vacuum. It is even more important to note one manufacturing defect I have found in two new Steam Wizards that can damage the water pump: the pick-up tube is cut at an angle and rests on the bottom in such a way that stops the flow of water. BEFORE OPERATING, take some needle-nose pliers and lift the tube so the opening does not rest on the bottom of the reservoir. Always empty the water reservoir and clean the vacuum pick-up cup after each use. The manual doesn't tell you this, but use distilled water to prevent scale and corrosion.
This product is not cordless, and does not come with a wall bracket. With the proper tools, a holder can be made for it to mount on the wall.
Overall, I can think of some improvements, but it is an indispensable cleaning tool.
