Item was damaged in transit due to not being packed correctly. Just thrown loose into a Australia post envelope. No care taken. No box or bag maybe if wrapped up in paper or something for protection it would have stood a chance. And easily avoided. The seller had fantastic communication and offered a small refund kindly and fast and was refunded promptly. So that was appreciated with great customer service
