Excellent

I collected these books many years ago and thought I would try them again. Excellent reading material and great value for money. I like the idea of cutting down the length of the stories because my attention span isn't what it used to be!

A Great Read

Once again Zecharia Sitchin delves into the mysterious world of the "Gods" who allegedly came to Earth, using his linguistic expertise to fathom out the meaning of the ancient texts that give an account of what happened. He covers a vast amount of detail and makes a compelling case for these Gods being real people - a highly advanced extraterrestrial race who arrived here searching for gold and other precious commodities. He claims they created modern Man by combining our DNA with theirs, and established various kingdoms over which they ruled. Of course a lot of what Sitchin says is speculation, but many things previously treated as "myths" have become fact, e.g. the ancient cities that have been excavated. A great read and very thought-provoking.

Great Trip Down Memory Lane

Enjoyed this very much. You have to accept that this was 1957, and budgets weren't exactly in the Blockbuster bracket that they are today! I've got fond memories of going to the pictures (as we called it then) on Saturday nights. Not everybody had TV, so the cinema was really quite an occasion! I think if you've read the book the plot is much easier to follow. If you're a certain age like me, I think you'll enjoy this DVD.
