I wrongly assumed it would be and the seller would treasure the item as much as I do. I am an honest person, but someone dishonest could probably argue their package was not delivered and raise a dispute. Not overly happy with this purchas's unsecured delivery process. Product good, security bad.

Cheap junk
Laser does not work and the scope is cheap junk.
You get what you pay for.

Solar Panel too small.
The solar panel will not keep the charge up on the battery.
Have to take the battery out once a week and recharge.
Solar was tested by tech and is working just not high enough charge rate in full sun.
