    This seller sent me an item that did not work. When I messaged the seller the response was “sorry. It worked before we sent it.” There was no effort to try to make it right, nor any sincereness in the apology. Apparently this seller’s items stop working after the item is mailed. 100% rip off. Highly recommend not purchasing from this seller!

Most generally, when someone messages, they express whether they are wanting to return the item or not. Since you did not reply or do a return, we assumed you was able to get the item working.
