Very good quality vanilla shake!
1 of 1 found this helpful It tastes really really good it doesnt make you feel overly full to the sickly feeling its just content.
I'd continue to buy it every month i reckon 1 everyday would last you a month maybe 3 weeks depending on your intake or requirements.
