Can be a great remote

Great remote, if you have the software and are lucky enough not to have the screen go dark on you (remote is notorious for this). Flexibility of the software is amazing. Remote is ergonomically designed and feels really comfortable on your hand for one hand operation.

A really good remote (if you have the accompanying software)

Grew to like this remote over time. It has now become my favourite. I also own the MX-780, MX-900 and MX-450. Remote is relatively light and flat, but the screen is nice sized and clear. The remote uses a rechargeable battery, which I was not very fond of at first, as I expected frequent charging. However, that is not the case for me (of course, it depends on your usage - I don't use it every day nor do I use it heavily, so my charge lasts over 2 weeks). You will have to own the software for programming the remote, which you will perform on your PC. The functionality is insane. You can expect to be constantly improving your routines, especially if you have a lot of equipment. You may be able to get the software from a URC authorized dealer (URC CCP Software). Once installed, you can consult the manuals included in the software for programming any of the remotes in the CCP line of remotes. IT's actually not difficult and the manual is very well written and explained.

Very clever remote

Love this remote. Ergonomically designed and easy to program. 4 AAA batteries and can be set to conserve usage with various settings. Can control several devices.
