Need to look beyond the title...everyone claims to suffer Winter Blues!

Having suffered SAD most of my 70 years, this book has helped me put my life difficulties in perspective. It has helped me understand more about how my brain functions...or doesn't! To get maximum benefit, one needs to digest the contents when reasonably functional and plan ahead for Winter. The book gives multiple tools to do this, in a way that gives you, the reader full control. My only issue with this publication is that it is specifically written for the Northern Hemisphere where I was born, so I'm struggling a bit with the months as I live well south of the equator. However, I'm looking forward to a more contented & productive winter. Definitely a must have for anyone with SAD
