It Works
Well its hard to believe that this can work, but I think it does. I have been using this as instructions say for about almost-4 weeks now and I notice a change that is very positive. I feel stronger with less effort in terms of amount of weights used and even reps completed. I am 70 yrs old with various arthritic issues and a rotary cuff tear from lifting weight improperly. I am not a Body Builder by a long shot. Using these things has allowed me to come back to working out again a few days a week with less weight and even less reps and less time without risking injuries. I think You have pay very close attention to the instructions for using them and practice good form which helps being in front of mirror where you can watch your form better.
I am glad I just stumbled across this product and the instructions that come with it. .

It works for us, for some it does nothing. It depends on how far gone your knees are.
