Get the entire series! Good reads!
I got the series for my grandson, but these books are being read by the whole family! Kudos to Eoin Colfer!

wasn't what I was expecting
1 of 1 found this helpful The stockings felt like they were made from a material that wasn't as substantial as the stockings I'd gotten from my doctor--and the weave wasn't the same. But, despite my initial misgivings, they wear fine and give the same support I get with the others. Anyway, at that price, who wouldn't be worried they were a "knock-off"? Anyway, a good deal for a good product and I thank you and hope you'll forgive my suspicions.

The secret alliances and decisions of the Allied leaders during WWII
1 of 1 found this helpful Well, I thought I knew all about what Churchill and the other leaders did during WWII, but this book was an eye opener and had me opening my mouth wide in astonishment at some of the nefarious goings-on. A good read, but the revelations might tarnish some of the people you thought of as heroes of that awful time. Aside from the famous faces of WWII, we become acquainted with those on the periphery in countries that contributed to the allied alliance but were, in the end, sacrificed by those same allies. A disquieting read but I recommend it.
