  I attempted to contact the seller when I noticed once 7 days had passed and the item showed it had not been shipped. I received no response from the seller and have waited the time required to request a refund. I’m very disappointed as I needed this for a cookie order and had to substitute the requested shape for something very different. I would give seller a zero star for communication but 1 is my lowest option.
