Works a treat but could be made better
Make sure you get the newer version of this vice as the quality has improved. You can tell by making sure you get one with Faithfull embossed on the side like the pic. I sent one back as it was faulty and requested another of the new ones. I did not get it I got the older one back but it works I cant complain. The quality is ok but the vice and what it is capable of is worth the lack of quality. I absolutely love it! I would buy another one in a heart beat. My advise is to keep it well oiled, coat it with oil even... to stop it rusting. (Because it will) if your work shop is dry and never has much damp then you should be fine, mine is not, hence why I oil it.

Great piece of kit
Works perfectly, I'm not sure what a more expressive one would do any better. It is a basic concept...it cuts a small grove into the edge of wood. Job done, I did a lot of research and in the end I discovered that as long as it worked then any one would do the job. Perfect service and don't forget you will have to change the plug or do as I did and grabbed and old adapters had hanging around.
