  Had some issues with the machine and its operation. Customer service was thorough and very helpful. I have a new machine coming to me, and have sent the old one back to them, at no charge. Companies can have problems, but if their customer service is anything close to the Creality-3d-tech store, I can assure you all there is no problems there.
