    The ad said The Elf on the Shelf was "in gamers' chair." It came without the elf, which I was not pleased with. When I contacted the seller, they called me rude because I demanded my money back and said I should read the ad more carefully. This seller is misleading in their advertisements. This has happened with other buyers of this item from this seller in the past. BE WARNED and be careful.

    Offered refund, buyer was rude, demanding and cunning. Claimed he didn't see the IN BOLD "ELF NOT INCLUDED" in multiple parts of the listing. However, was able to nitpick and scope out "in chair" the listing and that was the buyers way of claiming it was "misleading". Total abuse of eBay policy, I strive to work with any buyer to come to a resolution, unfortunately this one wasn't looking to come to a resolution.
