  Assured me tracked, but normal addressed envelope arrived. Too busy with her huge renovation to get receipt or take pic. Very argumentative and arrogant in not admitting she didnt actually get tracking even though I specifically requested it and she swore she did. Really angry at me when she is the one that had no proof of anything and standing by the fact that she is a busy woman?

  EBay are unable to remove this feedback as a "transactional experience " but have reviewed and urged me to reply here. In summary-I accommodated this buyer, modified the listing, prepaid posted the next day and believed in unintentional error that it had tracking. Only after posting did she ask re tracking, listing didn't require. Item has been received and all communication, as confirmed by EBay has been perfectly polite. They have noted this buyer, please note my other, accurate, feedback. :)
