The box was damaged (crushed and mashed up) in transit and the item broke. I sent a message with photos and the seller allowed a return and refund. An unfortunate occurrence, but the seller did right by the buyer showing trustworthy seller. I wish it would have been packed in snug fitting wrapping without wiggle room to give the item more protection. I missed out being able to show my kiddo one of our favorite toys growing up. There were great pictures in the listing.
