NEW Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker

Nice model, poor performance

The Keurig that we purchased is defective. About half of the time the amount of coffee that is brewed based on the ounce selection is wrong, we get about half the amount that we should get. For example we always start the morning with the 12 ounce selection and about half of the time what we get is closer to 6 ounces. This of course is frustrating and unacceptable.
