The fast 800 Keto
This was the most helpful and specific of all the keto books that I purchased. I wished it was the only one that I bought. I have followed Michael Moseley's 5:2 diet in the past with great success many years ago. This time I wanted something more sustainable and not as calorie restricted. I thought the word "fast in the title, meant it was quick, but it incorporates, fasting (as in not eating during the night). That is up to the individual.

Travel guide
I like to buy a few small travel guides, to take when I travel. I usually take kindle travel guides as well. But you can't beat the maps and tips included. The large fold out map helps put things into perspective. Book is well organised, easy to read and compact.
