Good first impression
Item was received on time and has worked fine every time, the first few times I have used it. I have got to say, this was also the case with my previous one, only for it to stop working few months later. I feel more comfortable with this item, thanks to the one year warranty it comes with.

well packaged good quality item
The item is as described in the advert. Came in very good packaging and it looks like very good quality. It has since been fitted and so far it's doing a great job. I can't complain.

Good size and good design
I bought it as a gift and it's packaging helps make it more presentable. They are of good size and the provide a good decorative effect in the living room.
