Fits Kenmore Coldspot Elite Model 50594003
1 of 1 found this helpful This W104008179 valve/solenoid fit and worked perfectly for my Kenmore Coldspot Elite side-by-side refrigerator model 50594003 replacing part number 2205762 (valve/solenoid). I drilled out the rivet between main water connection (vs prying with a screw driver) and that worked well. One problem I had (not with the valve/solenoid) was that the O-rings at my water filter connection started to leak after inadvertently pulling on the hoses to replace the valve/solenoid. As such, I had to make a trip to Ace Hardware to get two new O-rings. The two O-rings were 1/2 x 5/16 x 3/32 (#83) and 7/16 x 1/4 x 3/32 (#780). That fixed the water filter hoses leak. I hope that helps.
