Decent laptop.
1 of 1 found this helpful I've always liked Thinkpads. I like the keyboard light. I like the feel of the keyboard, and I especially like the track point mouse pointing device.
Things I don't like:
The memory is harder to upgrade than on other laptops.
The speakers aren't loud enough. Of course this is supposed to be a business unit, not an entertainment center.
This is my second T-61. My first rode in the truck with my for 2 years before having intermittent problems with the LCD panel. Other than that, it held up well to the abuse.
