Good book

Everyone should read this book
My doctor has been trying to make me take a statin and I did for awhile and then had awful side effects and quit it. I would never have taken anything if I had read this book and my mother had heart disease but she smoked for years and rarely exercised except for gardening.

It is a winter book when the gardening is all done for the year.
