Secondly, seller is not knowledgeable about the functionality (broken or not) of the product being advertised/sold. When comes time to try to remediate, the seller suggested that buyer contact eBay.

Bad multitools
The reason i gave 4 stars it's because 2 out of 3 multi tools were bad including battery. Or i had very bad luck. But good communucation at least. And nice cases plus extra blades.
