LED burned out

The item was durable but after only a few uses the LED burned out..not able to use. The adjustable collar was also very difficult to use. I had previously owned another of these and was happy with it so this could just be a bad unit.

I twisted my knee and endured swelling followed by low tolerance to twisting movement several months afterwards. This product limits movements in a direction that caused my inner knee joint pain. I used the measurements recommended and the large size seems to be a good fit, which I believe is important for proper stability.
