The Classic of Filial Respect (in both Chinese and English)

Important text made accesible
This text is a compelling interpretation of what is meant by filial piety in the Confucian tradition. Filial piety is a necessary concept in Confucian thought but one that requires work to understand for Westerners. The book is not difficult to read, yet it left me with quite a bit to think about. This edition seems well constructed, especially for a small publisher, and the inclusion of both the Chinese and the English text is appreciated.
