Excellent
I bought this for my Trek 7 SLR & was nervous as it’s a 10k bike. Stand arrived and it is EXCELLENT I recommend this product. Easy to install great quality

C4
One scoop per a 2hr + workout on the bike. When I don’t have C4 I get lethargic around 90 minutes
