Glass Mount Antenna
1 of 1 found this helpful I have previously used the glass mount and was well satisfied. Unfortunately with this purchase I had traded vehicles and had not don the necessary measurements. Being 28 inches tall there is nowhere on the glass of the car where it doesn't hit my garage door going in and out. It's a very good antenna, just wish it was about six inches shorter.

cannot program
1 of 19 found this helpful While several friends have this radio and have high praise for them, the one I purchased is virtually worthless. It came with commercial frequencies pre programmed. Will only program by hand, and only on clear channels. After numerous attempts to program with cable and software, managed to program a few channels, but would only program simplex. Have tried different cables and all the baofeng and other software I can find. Software has a major problem, may not be US Ham format. Also have tried to Email the US dealer thru regular Email and Ebay to no Avail. My assessment of radio "IT SUCKS"
