The item itself was in perfect condition. The shipping had a little mixup I ordered 2 of the same thing only 1 came in the shipment. I reached out via the report form on ebay the seller immediately responded and we quickly resolved the issue simply confusion with the distribution team. The 2nd pendant was sent very quickly. The seller was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I would buy from them again.
