Not suitable for the intended use.
The quality of the product for the price paid is very good. The reason for 3 stars is the design of the cover is tapered, so it only pulls down over the washing line about half way before becoming too tight, so I have used it to cover a parasol instead.

Ideal replacement.
The mixer tap base ring supplied is far sturdier than the one it has replaced, so I'm very pleased.
If I hadn't have found this item, I would have had to buy a new tap, as the old base ring had broken up and I couldn't fix the tap down tightly to the sink.
