I haven't had too much experience in these medical herb supplements to give a better opinion.
But I definitely Felt that it Had an effect on me - A positive effect.

Yup it is good herb and smells good too. you realize the quality by it
Ιτ kind of worked. But I could do with some explanation how it worked.
And after while I got used to it. or perhaps didn't do it right.
