Excellent Company
I ordered this part for my grandmother's washer. I received it quickly and it was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, my grandmother did not understand I was ordering a part and had a repair man in to fix it. Since I did not need it, I used their guaranteed return policy for unused items.
They did exactly what they said they would, refunded both the product price AND the shipping cost. Where else are you going to find THAT?

Good product at a good price.
Great price for a 4TB drive. If you search YouTube, you will find many videos showing how to crack the case without any visible sign you did it. You can then remove the drive and you have an internal 4TB drive for far less than you can buy one.
