I then sent a query to eBay asking them to investigate and the day I sent that query, I received a notification saying my item had been shipped. Postage was fast, item arrived as described but handling time could be improved. I understand that many businesses close down over Christmas but I ordered my item a week prior.

The seller was extremely cocky and said the deadline is still a week to go. Today , is the D day. Now they are saying they dont have the stock. Telling me system error bla bla bla. Really? took them a week to find out they are out of stock. Would you believe that? The advert is still there. They are holding peoples money for a week. I guess maybe for cash flow reason?Reply from: cycle-station- Feedback replied by seller cycle-station.- Feedback replied by seller cycle-station.Jackie, sorry we had a stock issue with this order, they don't happen that often with but well over 20,000 different products and multiple warehouses mistakes can happen occasionally. The listing is showing 0 stock available so not sure what you mean by "the advert is still there. The idea that we would want to hold your $40 for "cash flow reasons" is just silly.

All questions answered promptly and the bike frame arrived from Australia to California In less than 10 days - excellent! Won't hesitate to do business with Cycle Station again.
