The seller reached out to let me know the error and refunded me immediately. Surprisingly the package arrived a couple weeks later - it must have found it's way to UPS after all. I tried to repay the seller but was refused. They couldn't have been kinder and simply wished me well to enjoy the item - which was a gift for my son-in-law. Seller was the best!

Rosetta Stone voided all activation codes for PC versions - Cannot be activated and used
Do not purchase the Rosetta Stone PC version like this; it will be a waste of money. The activation codes for these no longer work, for any of them. I called Rosetta Stone and they said that the activation codes no longer work and they will not reactivate them - any of them! So the product cannot be activated and used. This includes all languages for all cd-rom versions of this product. Call Rosetta Stone before purchase to confirm, 8007880822.
