Great skin care

The Theragun does wonders
This massage gun does wonders! I am often sore after a workout because of knee issues. Five minutes with the massage gun and I feel terrific. I remember that one of the therapists at my physical therapy clinic used a Theragun on his patients and now I see why. The gun really eases tight muscles; I also use it in the mornings if I am stiff after waking. I highly recommend it!
