Self talk to improve your life!
This CD is one of many by Susan Jeffers & Eldon Taylor, and I can't speak more highly of it!! Pioneers of subliminal self help, on a par with the likes of Louise Hay. I am using this to help homebound patients, as well as myself and family members, to assist the mind by stopping the negative or destructive self talk that chatters on & on many times during the day. Not to be listened to while driving. You won't disappointed with any of these, and buying them on Ebay is a great way to save on them, too!!
