Bought this item two weeks ago. Seller never uploaded tracking info and never contacted me to let me know she needed time to send this. I had to get ahold of her to get any info on the tracking. How do you sell a $400.00 plus item on Ebay and not send it out 2 weeks later? Completely unacceptable and I would avoid doing any future business with this seller.

Now I have to return this item because it doesn't work properly. Seller stated it works fine. It absolutely does not. I put in for a return and I don't expect to hear a reply from the seller. I'll have to wait a week until Ebay will finally step in and make this bad situation right.

Nastiest customer I have ever had to work with. I shipped late because I was out of town with covid. Sorry that Ebay was not on my mind at the time.I did except a return the day it was asked for but I have yet to receive the items return.The item was tested and working perfectly when shipped to this customer. can't wait to see what kind of condition it is when the microphone is returned.
