Great for daily use
I use mine twice a day and my skin looks and feels great. The bristles are not to stiff and not to soft. My skin feels really clean after I use it. This brush removes every trace of dirt and dead skin. The only down side to this is you can't charge it while it is in the holder.

No Lucid Dreams
2 of 4 found this helpful I took the recommended dose every night for a week and did not have a single lucid dream. In fact, it seemed to keep me from remembering my dreams the way I usually do. This may work for some people but it did not work for me. J

Classy blazer
