  This experience was negative. The buyer accuses me of adding photos AFTER she purchases the item which is actually impossible . She clearly made a decision to purchase something and didn’t check the updated listing prior to purchase - based on all questions I was getting I added more photos. Additionally, it was my first return and I was having trouble figuring out how to process so she OFFERED to send back on her dime and then wrote a negative review that she had to fun the return.
