Burning paint, bad fan, good heat
We got it, super excited! Got the gas line installed and turned it on. Instant bad smell, but that's to be expected. Then the smoke alarms start to go off. So we turn them off to give the heater time to "burn in". Fast forward to tonight and I noticed that the paint has been burning and, though hard to see in the photo, one of the flakes is glowing red hot and it's all producing smoke.
Also, as everyone else said, the fan is worthless. But the fan isn't the problem, it's that the fan is so far back it is barely off the wall and has to struggle to move the little air it gets which makes it louder too. Off the wall (tested before installing the heater) it works beautifully and is relatively quiet.
Only gave it 2 stars because overall it is doing what it is suppose to do. It's just doing it poorly.

Good working tool but missing a non-essential part
Part came in quick and works flawlessly. One dropped star because it's missing the belt clip (one shown in the photo) though that is not an essential part to the tool.
