  The carrier had damaged the item to the point the unit was totally unusable. The seller was notified in minutes of its arrival and upon his request pictures were sent. Without hesitation a fully refund was issued and he stated that he would handle things from his end and apologized for any inconveniences that it may have cause me. Its unfortunate the device arrived nonfunctional but the seller was quick to respond with a refund. Look forward to working with this seller in the future.
