Old ears need help

I bought the XLC3.4 after I tried the W425PRO. The 425 was distorted and I tried a new battery. Didn't change. The email help was no help. The 425 sits here gathering dust. The XLC3.4 works quite well and is used every day. The settings are easy to do. Nice to hear clearly.
