It was a fun read on all counts.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the perfect cookbook for anyone who loves cooking with bacon fat and flour. The recipes are basic, quick and easy to make. I love that the author compared these "white trash" recipes to their sister "soul food" because technically, they are one-in-the-same. Plus, the photographs in the book are iconic.
