Nice looking serviceable phone
This handset is great, except for one problem. This model was purchased to use with T-Mobile in the US. It seems that this particular model, the TA-1050, will NOT connect to T-Mobile's LTE network (in 2020). If one can live with connecting only to 3G while away from WiFi, everything else about this handset is perfect for most needs. It's responsive, has all day battery life, feels nice in the hand, and the camera takes decent, print worthy photos. Using navigation and streaming music while driving hasn't been an issue on 3G.

Good buy for SFF web dev machine
I picked this up to free up system memory for an APU. It does what I wanted it to do for the system it was put in to. Pretty poor as a gaming card, but that doesn't make me sad because it's not a gaming rig. That said, Arkham Asylum runs surprisingly smooth on it. Its pretty loud under load, however.

Cool little PCB
2 of 2 found this helpful This thing is great for small electronics projects. I'm using it with a single battery that goes in to a voltage booster to supply 7V to an Arduino. Then I just grab a micro USB charger from an old phone to charge that. So far, so good!
