Thin sound
The speakers didn't provide what I need for my workshop/office. I'm using speakers for my desktop computer and need to have little more bass response. The return policy was very easy.

Good product and service.
I've tried a number of buds, wired and Bluetooth. These have a balanced tone and long battery life.

My 3rd smart watch
I started using a Moto smart watch about 3 yrs ago with a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. When I got my S8 phone, the Moto wasn't compatible, so I bought a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier watch. It is a fine watch, but reading about the newer Samsung Galaxy watch with new features and a longer battery life, I decided to upgrade. I haven't been disappointed. I'm getting an extra day between charges.
