Overrated

Cannot understand why this has such a reputation. Fittings stiff and cheap looking. Just hoses into tank, only a matter of time before suction caps let go. Louder than a cheap Aqua One Ocellaris 3000UVC, cannot compare to Eheim 2180 on any level, Fluval do not come close to Eheim. Consider Fluval overrated and overpriced. Astounding lack of biological media, does a good job of mechanical filtration so OK if you have other filters with good biological media on same tank.
